Guilherme Adolfo Almeida Farinha, born on February 11, 1956, in Lisbon, Portugal, is a seasoned football manager with a UEFA-PRO coaching license. His extensive coaching career spans multiple countries and includes roles such as managing the Guinea-Bissau national team (1990–1994), leading Paraguayan club Cerro Corá (1997–1999), and achieving notable success with Costa Rica's LD Alajuelense (1999–2001), where he secured two national championships. Farinha has also managed teams in Portugal, including Casa Pia AC and Académico Viseu, and had stints in Iran with Foolad FC. His international experience underscores his adaptability and tactical acumen across diverse football cultures.
Adriano is a distinguished UEFA Certified Coach with honors, having served as a Trainer and Lecturer in Soccer and Leadership at the Lisbon Football Association. He has extensive coaching experience, including roles as Technical Director and Coach for FC Barcelona Portugal Soccer Camps, college-level coaching at ISCTE-University of Lisbon, managing Lisbon’s prestigious U19 team, Oriental, and coaching first-division Futsal in Portugal. Adriano holds a PhD from the University of San Diego, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
André currently holds a UEFA B license and is in the process of obtaining his UEFA A license. He has over a decade of coaching experience at youth, amateur, and professional levels. His career highlights include work in Switzerland, Portugal (Sporting CP, Olímpico do Montijo, Real SC), and as Assistant Coach for the São Tomé and Príncipe National Team. Presently, he serves as Technical Director, Assistant Coach, and B Team Head Coach at FK Babrungas in Lithuania.
With 28 years of coaching experience and a decade as a Technical Director, Rogério has profound expertise in youth soccer development in both the U.S. and Portugal. He completed his UEFA C License through the Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF) and brings extensive practical knowledge from working within diverse soccer environments.
Silvania, widely known as "Sexta," has an extensive soccer and futsal background, including playing professionally for Santos FC in Brazil and briefly in Spain. She holds degrees in Physical Education and certifications from CBF, Comité Olímpico do Brasil, and postgraduate specialization as a Personal Trainer. Sexta has been managing a futsal team for 15 years and is dedicated to sports management and coaching.
